We utilize the technology and convenience of Remote Assistance through LogMeIn.com, a web-based on-demand remote desktop solution.
When you enter the six digit PIN above, with your permission, a small .exe file automatically downloads to your PC. It's the interface through which we can conduct remote support, transfer files, etc. This applet automatically removes itself from your PC at the end of the remote session.
The applet provides remote Customers with:
- Interactive Chat and detailed Session History
Prompts to permit or deny technician access to all functions
File Transfer to the technician
Ability to stop Remote Control or disconnect at any time
